Vertical and horizontal local filters
Filters are used for direct mounting at elevators, conveying machines, batcher and daily capacities in all the valves with small volume of air.
In this section:
Features of local filters
Types of filter mediums for local filters
Special features
Operating principle of local filters
Technical characteristics of local filters for vertical mounting
Technical characteristics of local filters for horizontal mounting
Estimated limits (standard equipment)
Local filters are intended for simple installation in any of materials transportation system. In every place appeared dust is effectively collected and returned to process flow, at this insignificant negative pressure is supported in the system. As a result disposal of valuable products, product yield and productivity increase.
Filter is suitable for direct mounting at elevators, conveying machines, batcher and daily capacities in all the valves with small volume of air. It can be used as a component of larger system of dust control for provision of correspondence to all the necessary healthcare regulations and safety measures.
Typical branches where the filters are used:
- Agricultural food branch
- Cement
- Flour
- Foodprocessing branch
- Loading and unloading of grain
- Pharmaceutics and many others…
Features:
- Robust construction
- Compact sizes
- High performance continuous service
- Tested filtering material
- Construction from stainless steel or low-carbon steel
- It is supplied fully collected for ease of mounting

Noise level
Noise level of equipment is an important factor at designing and selection of new equipment. Some EU directives and national laws/normative accepting these directives are referred to noise bursts transferred by air. Employers should provide minimum noise level according to the EU standards, at the level of 85 dB (А).
Local filters have average noise indication of 78 dB (А).
All the indications were taken at normal industrial areas, i.e. with semireverberation environments, at non-operated local equipment within a radius of 1,0 meter from house of equipment and at a height of engine shaft with use of precision sound-level meter and octave filter.
Noise levels of the installed equipment can be changed depending on conditions.
